Salary: $30K – $60K

A fast-growing Series C marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces, specializing in Long Term Care and other medical verticals.

What you will do

  • Manage job postings and maintain the hiring pipeline within the Ashby ATS.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, clear communication with candidates.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Track weekly recruitment metrics and identify bottlenecks in hiring funnels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop target profiles and hiring requirements.
  • Lead inbound strategies and continuously improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience specifically in recruiting (2-3 years total professional experience).
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments (Series A/B/C preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
