TL;DR
Account Executive (Utilities & Telco): Driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships within the utilities and telecommunications sectors with an accent on data integrity and software sales. Location: Remote (US). East coast geographic location is preferred, but not required.

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within a defined regional territory.
- Expand relationships with existing customers and own the complete customer lifecycle.
- Develop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Services teams to create compelling business propositions.
- Leverage channel partners, distributors, and technology partners to extend market reach and impact.
- Manage territory forecasts and document sales progress utilizing Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Working knowledge and selling experience in Data Quality, Location Intelligence, Data Governance, or Master Data Management (MDM).
- Proficiency in applying generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate research and streamline the sales lifecycle.
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success with value- or outcome-based selling.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.

- Experience selling into various industry verticals, specifically positioning data integrity solutions.
- Successful selling history within a global company with a broad products/services portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience driving complex sales cycles within a matrixed selling organization.
