Salary: $90,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technical and operational deliverables for fund launches and recurring client activities.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot platform behavior and perform root-cause analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients to optimize their platform experience and resolve inquiries.
• Execute configuration management and workflow logic within technical systems.
• Maintain product documentation and fund collateral to keep the platform updated.
• Ensure performance targets and SLAs are met through effective queue management.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in a client-facing finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and analyzing complex technical problems.
• Proficiency with support ticketing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
