Product Marketing Manager (Security): Defining the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for 's security capabilities with an accent on translating technical value into compelling narratives for business buyers. Location: Hybrid (Austin, New York City, San Francisco). Must be based in the US and attend in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Salary: $189,000 - $252,000

What you will do
- Develop sales-ready content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and competitive battlecards for enterprise buyers.
- Partner with sales and solutions engineering to refine messaging based on real-deal feedback and objection handling.
- Conduct market research and win/loss analysis to build buyer personas and decision-making maps for security segments.
- Collaborate with product teams on sales-facing launch plans for new security features and industry-specific solution briefs.
- Translate complex technical security capabilities into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with customer success to gather post-sale insights to improve future sales enablement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, owning end-to-end product launches and competitive intelligence.
- Deep domain expertise in security, including ownership of tier 1 launches and technical content creation.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales enablement and equipping sales teams to win.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with an ability to simplify technical products for external audiences.
- Strategic thinking combined with a bias toward execution and shipping.
- Must be based in Austin, New York City, or San Francisco to comply with the hybrid work model.
