What you will do
- Own and execute account-specific marketing plans with sales partners.
- Develop deep technical fluency to independently demo, configure, and tailor the platform to customer contexts.
- Build and refine account-specific ecosystem intelligence on stakeholders, priorities, constraints, and decision dynamics.
- Create and deploy tailored assets like demo videos, workflows, and POVs aligned to deal stages and stakeholder needs.
- Feed structured learnings from deals back into core PMM outputs, identifying patterns, objections, and resonant language.
- Participate in customer meetings as a strategic narrative partner and drive in-person engagements at industry events.
Requirements
- Enjoy close collaboration with sales to win complex enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable creating exec-level demos and explaining technical subjects to engineers.
- Technically fluent in demoing the platform and translating product details into customer narratives.
- Experience with category-defining brands and complex buying committees strongly preferred.
- Exposure to regulated, infrastructure-heavy markets strongly preferred.
- Independent, self-activated with high attention to detail and quality.
