Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Design, build, and refine AI-powered lead scoring models using behavioral signals, merchant health indicators, and conversion history.
• Translate scoring intelligence into assignment rules and routing logic for sales representatives.
• Build pipeline intelligence tools to provide live views of conversion health for senior leadership.
• Run live data experiments to measure and iterate on the impact of new signals on conversion.
• Mine CRM data and call transcripts to identify proprietary signals that create a competitive moat.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field from a top-tier university.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on fluency with Python and experience building working data pipelines.
• Practical experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) to deploy real workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
