Location: Remote (Must be based in the US) / Austin, TX

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and enhance conversational chatbot solutions using NICE Proactive AI Agent for client implementations.
• Improve and write software in JavaScript to support technical delivery and platform enhancements.
• Implement AI software platforms including Omilia and Cognigy.
• Perform system analysis, unit testing, and code reviews to resolve defects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with the project team to support production environments and mentor other developers.
• Create solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences for customer-facing presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building NLP systems, including LLM-based or Generative AI solutions.
• 5+ years of professional JavaScript experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience including design and testing of real-time systems (JavaScript, Python, Java).
• Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms such as DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.
• Proven experience with AI Virtual Agents and Agent Assist tools.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
• Knowledge of NICE CXone and CXone Studio.
