Salary: $130,000 – $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to solve business problems across multiple departments.
• Lead the design of a custom Agent Harness including proprietary orchestration, state management, and human-in-the-loop guardrails for financial services.
• Develop high-code solutions using Vertex AI, LangChain, and custom APIs for mission-critical use cases.
• Implement low-code/no-code automations via Zapier and Make for rapid turnaround needs.
• Architect reusable agent patterns and shared infrastructure to accelerate future development.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and governance policies for data access, model usage, and output quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software, automation, or ML engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered applications or agentic systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one cloud AI platform (Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, or Azure AI).
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of low-code automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Must be based in the US and work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
