Salary: $110,400 - $176,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable automation systems for complex business problems.
• Architect AI-driven solutions including prompt design, model integration, and workflow automation strategies.
• Analyze and re-engineer business workflows in partnership with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML APIs and services to enable intelligent operational decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of automation pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience delivering production-grade solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other core language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience building agentic tools and using AI-powered development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with RDBMS, API development, and Generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts and prompt engineering.
• Must be based in one of the supported US states: AZ, ID, UT, WY, TX, NC, FL, GA, SC, OH, PA, or IL.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Apache Airflow, or RPA frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML API integration best practices.
