TL;DR

Director of CRM (Marketing): Designing and architecting a data-driven customer lifecycle engine to maximize long-term retention and engagement with an accent on automation, behavioral triggers, and multi-channel sequencing. Focus on scaling global retention KPIs and building a scalable CRM data schema from the ground up.

Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days a week)

Salary: €120K – €160K

hirify.global is a high-growth, bootstrapped marketing technology company building a reward-based user acquisition system for global advertisers.

What you will do

  • Own the full CRM strategy and architecture, including user journey mapping and logic design.
  • Build automated engagement systems utilizing behavioral triggers and sequencing across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App channels.
  • Define the CRM data schema in partnership with Data and Engineering to ensure real-time event tracking.
  • Scale global retention KPIs (Day-30, Day-90) through systematic testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Senior PMs and the Head of UA to unify the user experience from acquisition to monetization.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in CRM data architecture and building scalable systems.
  • Proven experience in high-volume B2C engagement for companies with large, active user bases.
  • Mastery of omnichannel platforms (e.g., Braze), including API-triggered campaigns and complex automated flows.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into structural architectural decisions.
  • Must be based in Berlin and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
