Field Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Own enterprise events end-to-end: selection, logistics, execution, and follow-up
• Manage events budget, balancing activations, sponsorships, and field presence
• Align with Sales, Partners, and SDRs on strategy and target accounts
• Build pre- and post-event programs to generate qualified pipeline
• Track and report on performance: brand impact, leads, pipeline attribution
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and build organizer/partner relationships

Requirements

• 2–4 years event marketing in B2B tech/SaaS
• Owned events end-to-end previously
• Experience managing budgets and investment decisions
• Strong collaboration with Sales while maintaining marketing goals
• Detail-oriented and highly organized for logistics and deadlines
• Company language is English
