What you will do

• Take ownership of revenue and performance for the international CRM channel.
• Develop and steer CRM and lifecycle strategies using Klaviyo within a Shopify environment.
• Conceptualize and execute newsletter campaigns and automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back).
• Drive initiatives around personalization and segmentation across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Run A/B tests and analyze key KPIs including revenue, retention, and CLV.
• Collaborate with Webshop, Performance Marketing, and Influencer Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing within a D2C/e-commerce environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and Shopify integrations.
• Native German speaker.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Strong English communication skills.
