Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)

Salary: ₱460 – ₱530 per hour

What you will do

• Process AP invoices in SAP via 3-way matching and prepare fortnightly payment run files.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and accurately code manual transactions to GL accounts.
• Manage AR by processing cash receipts and proactively following up on overdue dealer balances.
• Maintain Supplier and Agent Master Data and provide weekly cashflow snapshots.
• Prepare month-end AP/AR accruals, reclassification entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with dealership finance teams and external suppliers across various time zones.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP preferred, or Oracle/Odoo).
• Ability to work AU Business Hours.

• Background in Automotive or Industrial industries.
