What you will do

• Monitor aged receivables and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Apply payments, reconcile remittances, and resolve discrepancies in the AR ledger.
• Process credit notes, refunds, and financial adjustments.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and provide support during month-end close.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to optimize the billing process.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing and AR processes.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Xero, or SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically with lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliations.
• Strong communication, organization, and independent priority management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Pasig City for hybrid requirements.
