Accounts Payable Analyst

TL;DR

Accounts Payable Analyst (Finance): Processing and validating high-volume vendor invoices within an agricultural sciences leader with an accent on SAP workflow and SLA compliance. Focus on ensuring accounting accuracy, performing 2-way/3-way matching, and supporting process transformation initiatives.

Location: Hybrid, Manila, Philippines. Must be able to work mid-shift (1 PM – 10 PM) to support North America/LATAM regions.

What you will do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring all required fields are captured correctly.
• Validate purchase order requirements using 2-way and 3-way matching.
• Analyze invoice exceptions and conduct tracing via email or SAP workflow.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and meet defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage the invoice processing mailbox, responding to queries within 48 hours.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives for system transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work mid-shift (1 PM – 10 PM).

Nice to have

• Experience working with Invoice Management Solutions, preferably OpenText.
• Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.
