What you will do

  • Review and process a high volume of invoices issued in multiple foreign currencies.
  • Code and enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring correct exchange rates and internal control compliance.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with international and domestic suppliers.
  • Manage employee Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports and payments.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with vendor set-ups and payment processing.

Nice to have

  • Professional certification, such as Certified Accounts Payable Professional.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or with global vendors.
  • Knowledge of international tax regulations related to accounts payable.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
