Salary: $65K – $95K OTE

What you will do

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives.
• Engage leads through creative, personalized outreach via phone and Zoom to demonstrate value and ROI.
• Develop deep expertise in the platform, product roadmap, and competitive landscape.
• Help refine the sales playbook by learning the nuances of different buyer personas and service lines.
• Coordinate seamless handoffs to Account Executives to fuel the company pipeline.

Requirements

• Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven environment.
• Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and a research-driven approach to sales.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Account Executive.
• Knowledge of the accounting industry, including assurance and advisory services.
• Exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
