Salary: Base $75k, OTE $110k–$120k

What you will do

  • Proactively source and engage new prospects via outbound outreach and networking strategies.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and determine product fit.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine GTM messaging and qualification criteria.
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and consistently achieve activity goals.
  • Share market insights from prospect conversations to help refine the GTM motion.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, PLG, or tech.
  • Must be based in Boston, MA for hybrid work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage startup environment.
  • Grit, resilience, and persistence in outbound prospecting.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or open source ecosystems.
  • Experience working within a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and sales engagement tools.
