TL;DR
Business Development Manager (B2B Telecom): Win new high-volume B2B telecoms sales including mobile, voice, data and SD-WAN into mid- to large-sized national businesses with an accent on prospecting, pipeline management and account growth. Focus on delivering sales campaigns, securing national accounts and partnering with marketing to trial new products.
Location: Field-based role requiring travel around the UK including regular visits to offices, such as head office in Isleworth. Hybrid working approach.

What you will do
- Win new B2B telecoms sales into mid- to large national businesses
- Deliver sales campaigns and build a prospect pipeline exceeding close expectations
- Manage mid-market accounts and engage stakeholders up to senior level
- Identify profitability opportunities and drive business growth
- Partner with Marketing and Product to trial and scale new B2B products
Requirements
- Track record in high-volume new business telecoms sales to mid/large national organisations
- Experience selling connectivity and mobile as part of B2B telecom portfolio
- Commercial acumen managing revenue KPIs
- Success securing national telecom accounts from prospect to close
- Experience in complex matrix organisations
- Resilience and determination to achieve sales results
