Salary: $300k - $340k OTE

What you will do

  • Proactively build a book of business through strategic outbound sales efforts.
  • Identify target ICP accounts and execute campaigns to drive closed-won business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and product demos to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and mature Enterprise Sales processes and playbooks from the ground up.
  • Serve as a product expert to solve customer challenges and communicate specific value propositions.
  • Utilize professional sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing and quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong technical competency to engage with highly technical prospects and business stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, developer tools, and open-source technologies.
  • Experience working within a Product Led Growth (PLG) company.
