Salary: $225K – $255K OTE

hirify.global is building an AI-powered deal intelligence platform designed for high-stakes dealmaking in law and finance.

What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals with law firms and financial institutions.
  • Execute all aspects of the sales process, from cold outreach and demos to contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement account plans to exceed revenue targets with 6-figure+ ACVs.
  • Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure successful implementations and expansion.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience closing complex B2B SaaS deals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing 6-figure+ ACVs.
  • Must be based in NYC.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD is a plus.
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in legaltech, fintech, or enterprise solutions for professional services.
  • Previous success in an early-stage startup environment owning initiatives from A to Z.
  • Network of established relationships within AmLaw 200 firms or major financial institutions.
  • Understanding of complex transactional workflows in M&A, finance, or real estate.
