Senior M365 & IAM Engineer / Developer (Microsoft 365/Azure): Building and maintaining a secure, scalable Microsoft ecosystem with an accent on automation, self-service, and continuous improvement. Focus on designing event-driven architectures for system integrations and implementing modern DevOps practices like IaC and GitOps.
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (candidates already based in the city preferred)
Salary: 53,333.00 – 66,667.00 SEK

What you will do
- Design, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
- Build integrations between HR and IT platforms using event-driven architectures.
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Develop collaboration solutions within Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Manage and optimize hybrid identity environments across on-prem and cloud platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in identity and collaboration technologies.
- Expertise in M365 ecosystem and identity management (Entra ID, Active Directory).
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
- Experience with Graph API, PnP, and modern engineering practices (IaC, GitOps).
- Fluent English and Swedish are mandatory.
- Must be based in or available to work in Gothenburg, Sweden.
