What you will do

• Maintain the server environment across Nordic sites, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and file/print services.
• Administer and optimize cloud services such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, patching, and comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Automate repetitive IT operations using PowerShell, Python, and AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Provide 2nd-line technical support and lead regional infrastructure refreshes and security improvements.
• Manage vendor relations, procurement, and contract management for local sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or senior IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts and modern security patching practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage small projects end-to-end.
• Existing legal authorization to work in Denmark.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently between Nordic sites.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in automation and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot in an IT operations context.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Azure, or CCNA.
