Location: Remote in the United States (preference for Mountain time zone) or hybrid in American Fork, UT (2-3 days per week). Not hiring in AK, DE, HI, LA, NE, ND, RI, SD, VT, WV, DC, or PR.

Salary: $78,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Own and manage M365 and Azure environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Automate cloud operations to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Drive adoption and enablement of M365 and Azure tools across the organization.
• Support integrations and migrations into hirify.global tenants.
• Define and execute Azure migration and modernization strategies.
• Collaborate with and mentor a globally distributed engineering team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, InTune, Office 365, Azure AD, Windows).
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Power Platform or MS Graph.
• Experience with automation tools like PowerShell or Python.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and system auditing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
