TL;DR
Senior IT Manager (Microsoft 365/Entra ID): Managing and operating the cloud productivity and identity stack with an accent on Entra ID, M365 workloads, and hybrid identity infrastructure. Focus on leading a lean IT team, automating administrative tasks via PowerShell, and ensuring high service levels for enterprise identity and device management.
Location: Hybrid in Bulgaria (2 days office, 3 days remote) or Remote in locations without company offices

What you will do
- Own the Entra ID tenant, managing lifecycle, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
- Administer hybrid identity infrastructure, including AD Connect sync and seamless SSO.
- Manage Exchange Online and implement mail security controls (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, Defender for Office 365).
- Oversee the Intune environment for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment across multiple platforms.
- Lead a small IT team, developing operational runbooks and improving SLAs.
- Collaborate with security and engineering stakeholders on firewall and endpoint optimization.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Conditional Access, PIM, and identity governance.
- Strong experience with Exchange Online and modern mail security standards.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for authoring and maintaining automation scripts.
- Background in ITIL-aligned change management processes.

- Basic operational experience with Linux systems administration (package management, SSH, systemd).
