TL;DR
Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Azure): Implementing, supporting, and operationalizing Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for clients with an accent on security standards, scalability, and best practices. Focus on guiding pilot launches, performing data migrations, mentoring junior engineers, and optimizing client environments.
Location: Remote / Flexible (with overlap to US CST, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US CST, flexibility +/- 3 hours)
Salary: PHP150,000 to 170,000/mo (paid bimonthly)

What you will do
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Handle client onboarding support via chat or MS Teams, perform data and application migrations.
- Test, deploy M365 capabilities, review systems, and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain documentation, templates, policies, and automation for deployments.
- Provide remote escalation for complex issues, mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call rotation.
- Research tools, administer cloud-integrated solutions like backups and MDR, and stay current on technologies.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent plus 4+ years relevant experience.
- Proven Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation/support experience with current certifications (mandatory).
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365/Azure including EntraID, Intune, Security; licensing models.
- Proficiency in at least two: Microsoft server/desktop, patch management, email architecture, backups, vulnerability management, network architecture.
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell/Python), security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS CSC), Active Directory, EDR, firewalls.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter, mentoring experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted ticketing and support tools.
- Previous consulting experience with technical IT teams as clients.
