Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

VC-backed healthcare technology company developing next-generation Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and response system to improve out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival rates.
What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to define hiring strategy and workforce planning for commercial roles.
- Own end-to-end recruiting for regional sales, channel partnerships, national accounts, customer success, marketing, finance, and business operations.
- Drive sourcing strategies for revenue roles in public safety, government, and enterprise markets.
- Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Manage offer negotiations, track recruiting metrics, and improve processes and interview frameworks.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of recruiting experience with strong focus on commercial hiring for public safety or govtech companies.
- Demonstrated success hiring account executives, channel partnerships, national accounts, business development, customer success, or marketing roles.
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy.
- Highly organized, data-driven, able to manage multiple searches while maintaining candidate experience.
- Genuine connection to mission of saving lives.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for public safety, government, or SLED markets.
- Prior experience with hardware or technology sales into complex buying environments.
- Experience scaling commercial teams during rapid growth.
- Working in or supporting mission-driven technology companies.
