Business Sourcer (Fintech): Identifying and engaging high-quality passive candidates for corporate roles across Financial Operations, Marketing, and Product teams with an accent on targeted sourcing strategies and pipeline development. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY (Hybrid: in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $99,000 – $150,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Business teams through research, outreach, and market mapping.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using Greenhouse, Gem, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate or business roles.
  • Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research and specialized sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency with Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY.
  • Attendance in office at least 3 days per week is required.
