TL;DR

Salary: $99,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for select business teams from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using advanced research and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters to share pipeline insights and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing tools to organize workflows and track candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring for corporate or business roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using various recruiting tools.
  • Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Gem).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Westlake, TX.
  • In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

  • Comfort and interest in testing and integrating new AI tools into recruiting workflows.
