What you will do

• Drive end-to-end recruiting for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements, pressure-test specs, and contribute to workforce planning.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels to find passive talent.
• Leverage real-time market compensation data to lead transparent and competitive offer negotiations.
• Manage pipeline metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, and design interviewer calibration and training programs.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows for candidate research and outreach personalization.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing engineering talent (typically 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting).
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Advanced Boolean search skills and strong instincts for identifying passive candidates.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to sell company vision and navigate complex negotiations.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking and optimizing pipeline metrics.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
