What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing plans for technical and corporate roles.
• Proactively identify and engage diverse candidates for Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, and Business Analytics teams.
• Build and maintain robust, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Master the TA tech stack including Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Innovate sourcing techniques using AI-powered tools and data-driven metrics to improve processes.
• Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience from the first outreach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Must have existing US work authorization (company is not sponsoring new visas).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in consumer lending or fintech.
• Passion for advancing recruitment through AI tooling and innovative data sources.
• Prior in-house recruiting experience.
