What you will do

  • Lead search planning and execution across SEO, AI visibility, and paid channels for various B2B products.
  • Analyze the LLM-era buyer journey to identify gaps and optimize content and landing pages for better engagement.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, pipeline) using GA4, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Coach and develop a team of search specialists and manage agency partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to improve search planning, execution, and insight generation efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B search marketing (Organic & Paid) within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing digital marketing specialists.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Salesforce, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • English: C1+ proficiency (excellent written and spoken) required.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with international teams or across multiple regions.
  • Background in full-funnel performance analysis and pipeline reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
