What you will do

• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, ITSC, and AI teams to identify gaps and implement process improvements for compliance.
• Develop and enhance privacy policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Monitor privacy legislation, analyze impacts, and report on requirements for programs and operations.
• Support business units with data mapping, privacy impact assessments, rights requests, and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate data breach and security incident responses.
• Participate in audits, questionnaires, vendor assessments, and special Privacy Office projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in data/information privacy, preferably in corporate programs.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, and other state privacy frameworks.
• Experience with privacy compliance monitoring and activities.
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Passion for developing privacy knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with Privacy SaaS platforms like OneTrust.
• CIPT, CIPM, CIPP, CDPSE or similar certifications.
• Prior experience in healthcare organizations.
• Experience with data governance or AI laws/frameworks.
