What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, reseller/partner agreements, and DPAs.
• Lead high-value technology transactions end-to-end, managing negotiation strategy and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with sales, revenue, product, and compliance teams to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks to support company growth.
• Interpret and apply evolving regulatory frameworks regarding AI, data privacy, and government contracting.
• Manage outside counsel and support expansion into public sector markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting commercial transactions.
• 3+ years of in-house experience in B2B software, infrastructure, or systems companies.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex deal negotiations and close transactions on critical timelines.
• Must be based on the continental US.
• Experience with public sector or government contracting.
• Familiarity with data privacy, AI, and emerging technology regulations.
