Salary: $153,000 - $213,500 annually

What you will do

• Manage and enhance consolidated financial model including multi-year P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes: monthly forecasts, quarterly updates, and annual operating plan
• Prepare investor reporting, board presentations, and analyses for executives communicating performance trends and insights
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools using AI, Abacum, Google Sheets, and Tableau
• Partner with Accounting, People, and Strategic Finance on headcount planning, reporting alignment, and performance management
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 9+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity, ideally in high-growth SaaS
• Strong GAAP and non-GAAP metrics understanding for software companies
• Proven experience managing consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; experience with FP&A tools (Abacum, Pigment) and BI (Tableau) a plus
• Excellent communication for executive, board, and investor audiences; experience in public company environment
