Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA (HQ) or Bellevue, WA office, with expectation to be in the office several days per week. U.S. based candidates only.

Salary: $199,830 - $249,780 USD (Tier 1: SF Bay Area, Seattle); Tier 2: $159,600 – $199,500 (other U.S. metro areas). Includes equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into financial objectives, long-range planning, and resource allocation.
• Build scalable financial models, processes, and frameworks for planning, forecasting, and budgeting across units.
• Provide data-driven analysis, scenario modeling, and insights for senior leadership on investments, pricing, and revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, R&D, Product, and GTM teams to track KPIs and align financial assumptions with execution.
• Lead special projects, coach finance professionals, and establish governance for accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience in strategic finance at startups, investment banking, or related functions.
• Proven partnering with leaders, influencing strategy, managing ambiguity in fast-paced scaling environments.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical reasoning, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, FP&A platforms; experience in early/growth-stage startups required.
