What you will do

• Monitor, evaluate, manage, and execute automated and manual testing processes.
• Own test case management tools and ensure comprehensive test plans are developed and executed.
• Gate production releases by assessing procedures, test quality, and documentation.
• Conduct audits on product development activities to verify processes and deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide QA expertise to development teams and collect metrics on releases, incidents, and client deliveries.
• Own documentation of code and business processes for maintenance and support client satisfaction (NPS, surveys).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a QA or release manager in the financial services field
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Product mindset
• In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end SDLC methodologies
