What you will do

• Analyze user performance needs and translate them into actionable, testable IT system requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).
• Execute performance testing across unit, integration, system, UAT, and regression phases.
• Evaluate performance reports and document findings in formal test reports.
• Identify performance deficiencies and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Prepare and deliver status briefings and technical reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Health Informatics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis, system testing, or IT requirements analysis.
• Proficiency in creating test scripts, test plans, and procedures for complex IT systems.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for formal reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veterans Health Administration or federal health agencies.
• Active security clearance.
• ISTQB or CSQE certification.
• Experience with load/stress testing tools like Apache JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of federal security testing requirements (FISMA).
