What you will do

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of federal proposal development efforts.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain proposal templates, compliance matrices, and response structures.
• Coordinate color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and track resolution of action items.
• Monitor procurement portals for updates, amendments, RFIs, and RTEPs.
• Manage document formatting, editing, version control, and final production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of direct federal proposal development or proposal coordination experience.
• Experience supporting federal IT or Health IT proposals.
• Working knowledge of federal solicitation formats (RFPs, RFIs, RTEPs, IDIQs, Task Orders).
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Ability to obtain government clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Shipley Proposal Process.
• Experience developing proposal graphics or coordinating with design resources.
• Exposure to Salesforce, GovWin, or other pipeline management tools.
