What you will do
- Direct the go-to-market strategy for Auth, leading high-stakes negotiations with global banks and payment networks.
- Own the P&L, roadmap, and financial health of the business unit to maximize ROI.
- Serve as the primary executive sponsor for Tier-1 accounts and build relationships with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Shape global Open Banking and Digital Asset regulations by engaging with regulators and industry bodies.
- Align Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to deliver enterprise-grade APIs with rigorous security requirements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure Auth remains the superior choice for crypto connectivity.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience at the intersection of fintech and traditional banking.
- Proven track record of closing 7 and 8-figure enterprise deals as a lead negotiator.
- Deep understanding of how stablecoins and blockchain settlement disrupt Open Banking rails.
- Ability to influence policy discussions and command rooms of bank executives or federal regulators.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and sales.
- Ability to conduct deep technical reviews of the product and infrastructure.
