Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) if located within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.

Compensation: $150,000 - $240,000 (USD) / CAD $165,000 - $260,000 (CAD)

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize legal processes using data-driven insights and metrics to demonstrate ROI and efficiency gains.
• Draft and curate high-impact AI prompts that solve real-world legal problems across various practice areas.
• Partner with in-house legal teams to design practical AI-powered solutions for research, contracts, diligence, and compliance.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing strategic insights with the Product team to guide feature evolution.
• Lead prompting workshops and training sessions to boost customer adoption and confidence in using AI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 4+ years of in-house work experience; JDs with legal operations experience are strongly preferred.
• Strong background in legal metrics, KPIs/SLAs, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools such as CLM, automation, or analytics platforms.
• Genuine passion for AI with a track record of experimenting with AI tools.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
