What you will do

• Lead the Validation Team for Data Syndication, overseeing task prioritization, workload distribution, and quality.
• Manage data validation of Oracle Health ingestion into VA environments, ensuring accuracy thresholds of ≥98%.
• Conduct reconciliation efforts, including source-to-target comparisons and anomaly detection.
• Validate ETL/ELT outputs, execution logs, and transformation logic to ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with data engineering, architecture, and clinical SMEs to resolve data discrepancies.
• Track and report data quality metrics and trends to leadership through validation logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and quality, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, InterSystems IRIS).
• Experience validating large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with VA programs, EHR modernization, or healthcare data platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, LOINC, or SNOMED CT.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• SAFe or Agile certifications.
