What you will do

• Provide analytical leadership and performance measurement support for military health programs.
• Ensure contract compliance via data-informed reporting and trend analysis of member engagement and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze outreach and referral trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and outreach teams to ensure accurate data capture.
• Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports to the DHA and respond to ad hoc government requests.

Requirements

• Master's degree in analytics, statistics, health informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health data roles.
• Experience supporting federal contracts or military health programs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing performance monitoring systems.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
