What you will do

• Develop strategies for automating operations and streamline software delivery methodologies.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and perform backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration.
• Manage certificates for both production and lower-level environments.
• Provide Tier 3 support for the HealthShare Application and related technologies.
• Install and configure InterSystems base software, kits, and patches.
• Support and configure oAuth and SSO setups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years operating production systems.
• Hands-on experience with InterSystems Cache, Iris, or HealthShare.
• Proficiency in automating infrastructure and deployments using tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), specifically AWS CloudWatch for monitoring.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Prior experience working with the VA (Department of Veterans Affairs).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate certification.
