What you will do

• Monitor and maintain Workato integration workflows, recipes, and connectors in production environments.
• Investigate and resolve integration incidents, API failures, and data synchronization issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support API integrations between cloud and on-premise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and improve integrations.
• Manage technical documentation, operational runbooks, and change requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in integration, middleware, or enterprise application support.
• Hands-on experience with the Workato platform or similar integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, JWT), and integration patterns.
• Experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations and handling JSON/XML payloads.
• Basic scripting or automation skills using JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Workato certifications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
