Salary: $106,000 - $145,750

What you will do

• Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to build world-class medical coding software.
• Implement business requirements to enhance cloud-hosted medical coding data pipelines.
• Work with data scientists to prepare and test machine learning models for medical code prediction.
• Debug, develop, and improve the data pipeline to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Assess medical chart readiness in collaboration with domain experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of software development experience (preferably Java) OR High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience (Java/Python).
• 1+ year of experience developing cloud-hosted applications, preferably in AWS.
• 1+ year of software development experience using Python.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must be able to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, or HCPCS.
• Experience with data science development tools like Pandas, MLFlow, or PyTorch.
