Sales Executive Risk Management Software: Driving sales of Synergi Life software and related QHSE and risk management solutions across the Nordics with an accent on solution-based selling, client relationship management, and market expansion. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, contract negotiations, and collaborating with global sales teams to meet revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Solna, Sweden, covering Swedish, Danish, and Finnish markets with travel within Europe.

What you will do

  • Promote and sell Synergi Life software and services in targeted Nordic markets and industries.
  • Manage the entire sales process including RFx and tender processes according to company policies.
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and participate in forecasting and planning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners to maximize market penetration and customer success.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage customer relationships for sustainable outcomes.
  • Participate in global sales initiatives and share customer intelligence.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Sweden or Nordic region with willingness to travel within Europe.
  • English and Swedish language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in solution-based software sales or similar fields with strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience managing complex sales in large organizations and meeting revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Risk Management, Compliance, and HSEQ services.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global Software and Synergi Life.
  • Experience in industrial or technical sales.
