What you will do
- Promote and sell Synergi Life software and services in targeted Nordic markets and industries.
- Manage the entire sales process including RFx and tender processes according to company policies.
- Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and participate in forecasting and planning.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to maximize market penetration and customer success.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage customer relationships for sustainable outcomes.
- Participate in global sales initiatives and share customer intelligence.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Sweden or Nordic region with willingness to travel within Europe.
- English and Swedish language proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record in solution-based software sales or similar fields with strong commercial mindset.
- Experience managing complex sales in large organizations and meeting revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Risk Management, Compliance, and HSEQ services.
- Familiarity with Software and Synergi Life.
- Experience in industrial or technical sales.
