TL;DR

What you will do

  • Achieve ARR quota through partner-sourced and partner-influenced reseller deals.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with top reseller partners, covering pipeline targets and GTM activities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new reseller partners to fill coverage gaps in the territory.
  • Manage channel conflict professionally and maintain pipeline through account mapping and co-marketing.
  • Enable partners to effectively position and sell solutions by coordinating training and resources.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.

Requirements

  • Channel sales experience in the software industry with a track record of achieving quota through reseller or VAR partnerships.
  • Experience managing joint business plans and running structured QBR processes.
  • Proven ability to recruit and onboard new reseller partners to productive status.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage credibly at executive levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel across EMEA as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling add-on or complementary software products.
  • Familiarity with finance, ERP, or business intelligence software ecosystems.
  • Experience working across multiple EMEA markets and understanding regional partner dynamics.
  • Knowledge of co-marketing techniques and demand generation activities.
