TL;DR

Channel Sales Manager (ERP): Driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) through a reseller partner network with an accent on partner recruitment, enablement, and joint business planning. Focus on building productive partnerships with top resellers, managing a broader partner portfolio, and expanding market reach across EMEA.

Location: Must be based in the UK. Travel across EMEA is required.

What you will do

  • Achieve ARR quota through partner-sourced and partner-influenced reseller deals.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and conduct structured quarterly reviews with top reseller partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new reseller partners to fill coverage gaps in the territory.
  • Manage channel conflict and coordinate internal sales, marketing, and technical resources to meet partner goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline through account mapping, co-selling, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Enable partners to effectively position and sell solutions through training and resource coordination.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of channel sales experience in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving quota through reseller or VAR partnerships.
  • Experience managing joint business plans and running QBR processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Able to travel across EMEA as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the SAP ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with finance, ERP, or business intelligence software ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of co-marketing techniques and demand generation activities.
  • Experience working across multiple EMEA markets.
