TL;DR
Project Manager - Transformation: Deliver medium to large complexity projects and workstreams across the Transformation portfolio from vision to outcome realisation with an accent on end-to-end lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and benefit realisation. Focus on building robust business cases, managing scope, budget, risks, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.
Hybrid in Lisbon: 2 days in the office per week.

What you will do
- Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within programmes, defining scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage full project lifecycle using Change Delivery Framework, ensuring time, quality, cost, and business impacts like training and adoption.
- Build business cases with sponsors, transform objectives into measurable outcomes and benefits.
- Control budget, scope, risks, issues, resources, and dependencies; escalate deviations timely.
- Conduct change management: stakeholder plans, communications, readiness, and embedding activities.
- Coach team members, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement in Transformation practices.
Requirements
- Experience delivering complex changes with competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
- Practical planning, resource scheduling, and end-to-end SDLC experience.
- Strong PM best practices, governance, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint; excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Results-driven with gravitas to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive risk, issue, and resource management.
Nice to have
- Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP) or membership (APM, PMI).
- Change Management qualification (APMG).
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
